LIVEWELL SOUTHWEST AT FOULSTON PARK IN PLYMOUTH

by | 14th March 2025 | News

People living in Devonport told us they wanted services, classes or sessions that make them feel fitter, happier and healthier – and that they feel comfortable to join.

So that is exactly what is now happening at Foulston Park.

The multi-million-pound redevelopment of the former Brickfields site has amazing facilities for local people to use.  It is also home to the Plymouth Argyle Academy, Argyle Women’s Team, Plymouth Albion and the Argyle Community Trust.

It includes the Wellbeing Hub building where people can use a state-of-the-art gym, join physical activity programmes, get help with stopping smoking and access mental health support.
