Have your say on access to GP appointments

by | 9th January 2019 | News

People in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay are being invited to share their thoughts about how access to GP appointments can be further improved.

The improving access to general practice service was launched in October 2018, and the NHS in Devon is keen to find out people’s views on these hours and if they are in the most appropriate locations.

This short and confidential survey to gather views will take no more than five minutes to complete.  It will give patients the opportunity to give feedback about when they would like to be able to access GP appointments and where they would be willing to travel to access them.

In some areas of Devon, Patient Participation Groups will be helping to collect views from people face to face while they visit their practice. The survey closes on 28 February.

If you would like printed copies of the survey sent to you, please contact [email protected] with details about how many you want and who you would like them posted to.
