Fresh from receiving an overall “Good” rating with “Outstanding” for caring from the Care Quality Commission, Livewell Southwest is proud to publish its 2017/18 Annual Review.
Not-for-profit health and social care provider Livewell Southwest employs almost 3,000 people and provides a wide range of hospital and community-based services to people living in South Hams, West Devon and Plymouth, as well as some specialist services for those living in other areas of Devon and Cornwall.
“I’m really proud to be able to share this Annual Review with our staff, patients, stakeholders and wider communities, says Dr Adam Morris, chief executive at Livewell Southwest.
“It’s fantastic to be able to take the time to outline the achievements of the last 12 months, such as awards for services, stellar patient feedback and innovative research highlights.
“The review also allows us to be transparent about our strategy for the future, what areas of our service we need to improve on and the data and financials supporting the organisation. I’d like to thank all those involved in producing this review and welcome feedback and comments from those who wish to share their thoughts.”
