These awards are a celebration of everyone who has made a significant contribution to the organisation through innovation, integration, leadership, exceptional service, and excellence in care, as well as honouring the outstanding contributions that students, apprentices and volunteers make to the organisation.
If you or a loved one has received excellent care by either an individual or team at Livewell Southwest, you can nominate them for an award. This care could have been delivered on the wards or in your own home, clinically, as part of a multidisciplinary team, social care, or wellbeing.

the (nearly 3000) amazing, dedicated and talented staff that deliver the wide range of services we offer.
Creating the right environment for people to excel is personally important to me and celebrating success is part of this. Taking the time to recognise excellence and make a nomination is every bit as important as being
nominated and I thank you for taking time out of your busy lives to make someone feel special.”
